A character I designed named Sir Reginald Oxwald. Born in the 1800's from eastern origins from slaves who mined for precious resources (many toxic and deadly), he was given to a chinese freak show and called "The Dragon Boy". He eventually arrived in England, where the local scientific community took an interest in him and bought him off for study. He was tested and evaluated for ten years, which left him psychologically unstable. For his additions to science, he was awarded a full fledged English nationality and was given 1 million pounds and a new name. He served as one of England richest as well as a sociopath.
